Jakupovic Sr. and Oscar Marin. Minnie was adored by many more siblings and nieces and nephews, who will miss her warmth and guidance. She was the devoted wife of the late Rosalino Torres Sr., and the daughter of the late Jaime M. Marin and Manuela M. Marin. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she nurtured each relationship with care and affection.

For many years, Minerva served with a smile as a lunch lady at Divine Providence School in Westchester, where she was not just an employee but a friend and confidante to the students and staff. Her presence in the cafeteria was one of comfort and joy, and her impact on the school community was profound.

Minerva's interests were as rich and varied as her character. A lifelong football and baseball fan, she found joy in the excitement of the game and the camaraderie of fellow fans. Together with her late husband, Rosalino Sr., and their son, she cherished the times they spent at the horse track, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
