Judith Ann Foerster

Judith Ann Foerster, age 84, of Howell, Michigan passed away on June 5, 2024. Visitation will be held at Watkins Brothers funeral home, MacDonald Chapel on Tuesday, June 11 from 10 AM until the time of service at 11:30. Judy will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery following the service.

Judy was born on March 20, 1940, to Fred and Isabel (Maxwell) Hayward in Howell, Michigan. Judy’s fun, playful spirit was evident as a majorette, cheerleader and in playing the flute for the Howell High School Band. She then completed studies at Albion College.

She married Rodney Jay in San Diego in 1960. Together they had 4 daughters. She was a dedicated employee of Citizens Insurance for over 30 years. She proudly served her community through 4H, Welcome Wagon, and Extension programs.

She is survived by 4 daughters, Debra (Bruce) Robinson, Denise (Mike) Jones, Diane (Marco) Carbajo and Dawn (Bill) O Neill; her brother, George Hayward, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Jay Foerster in 2006 and her sister, Harriet Haynes.

Her witty humor, and kind, gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
