Aurora Rodriguez

Aurora Rodriguez Velasquez, born in Zacapu, Michoacan, Mexico, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Aurora was a devoted woman whose life was defied by faith, love, and selfless dedication to those around her. She was a strong woman of faith who found comfort and purpose in her relationship with God, allowing her beliefs to guide the way she lived and cared for others. 

She found great joy in cooking, tending to her garden, and creating a warm and welcoming home. Whether preparing a favorite family meal or nurturing her flowers and plants, Aurora expressed her love through simple acts of care and generosity. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family. Her greatest happiness came from being surrounded by those she loved, sharing laughter, traditions, and treasured moments together. 

Aurora's strength, kindness, unwavering faith, and loving spirit will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she is deeply missed, her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the values she instilled, and the love she gave so freely.

She is survived by four daughters, Celia Sanchez (husband Jamie Sanchez), Oliva Garcia (husband Daniel Rodriguez), Josefina Garcia, Maria Garcia (husband Heriberto Rios) and one son, Francisco Garcia (wife Martha Garcia); 32 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Garcia, Son Antonio Garcia and one great grandchild.

She will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest in eternal peace.

Funeral service and Interment will be in Zacapu, Michoacan, Mexico.
